- AI Coach Bot: 24/7 AI-powered relationship advice via Telegram

3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.
4. Payments & Billing
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe and is subject to their terms of service
- For subscription services, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions will be honored at historical pricing
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our coaching programs:
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@alreadyyours.vip
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
- Weekend Intensive refunds: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the event; 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before; no refund within 7 days of the event
- 1-on-1 coaching session refunds: Unused sessions can be refunded; completed sessions cannot
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our programs are owned by Already Yours Ltd, including:
- Video lessons, course materials, and educational content
- Written content including blog articles, guides, and templates
- Brand elements including logos, names, and design systems
- Proprietary methodologies and frameworks
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, distribute, or resell any purchased course materials
- Record, screenshot, or capture coaching sessions without consent
- Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purpose
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other students, coaches, or staff
- Post false reviews or misrepresent your experience
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Coaching Disclaimer
Important: Our coaching services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.

- We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
10. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@alreadyyours.vip
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to purchased content will be revoked
- Provisions related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Step 1: Good faith negotiation between the parties (30 days)
- Step 2: Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
- Step 3: Binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court where necessary.
