Twenty years ago I was the man who talked himself out of every conversation before it started. Not shy — calculating. Rehearsing openers, reading forums, stacking theory on theory. None of it moved my feet. The gap between what I knew and what I could actually do in front of a woman was humiliating.
What eventually shifted wasn't another tactic. It was realising authentic attraction isn't a script — it's a presence you build from the inside out. Inner posture first, then real-world reps. Confidence becomes a structural trait, not a performance you try to hold together on a first date.
Since then I've coached over 2,000 men across 50+ countries, 1-on-1, through the five tiers I work from — Foundations, Approach, Conversation, Dating, Relationship. No group calls, no templates.
